Conflict Of Interest Policy

The journal works to adhere to the rule of no conflict of interest between editors and researchers, whether this results from competitive, cooperative, or any other type of relationship with authors, companies, or institutions related to the research.

  1. The members of the journal’s editorial board and its management staff must perform their duties with honesty and integrity, putting the journal’s interests above any personal interests, and avoiding exploiting their membership to achieve private gains.
  2. Editorial board members and journal management staff are prohibited from directly or indirectly benefiting from research before it is published, while adhering to scientific documentation in the event of scientific benefit after publication.
  3. Direct or indirect communication between editorial board members and researchers regarding their research is prohibited, with the task of communication being left to the editorial department concerned with this.
  4. Research is sent to referees without revealing the identity of the researchers.
  5. If the research requires modifications after arbitration, the modification request will be sent to the researcher without disclosing the identity of the arbitrators.
  6. The editorial board members and the journal’s management staff are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information related to the identity of the referees and their opinions on the research submitted for publication.
  7. Editorial board members and journal management staff are prohibited from accepting any gifts or benefits offered by researchers.
