Scientific Rigor and Peer Review
In commitment to the highest academic quality standards required in international databases, all articles submitted to the journal undergo a rigorous "Double-Blind Peer Review" process by a group of experts and specialists. The journal applies a "Zero Tolerance" policy toward plagiarism. All manuscripts are mandatorily checked via (Turnitin) software to ensure their originality, with a total similarity index not exceeding 20%.
To enhance the journal's rigor and institutional transparency, submission and correspondence processes are managed entirely electronically via the Open Journal Systems (OJS). Authors are required to include their (ORCID) iD to verify their academic identity, strictly adhere to the (APA) citation style, and adopt "Romanization" of references to ensure citation accuracy and compatibility with international search engines.

Publication Ethics
The journal adopts and strictly adheres to the guidelines issued by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We ensure an honest academic environment free from any conflict of interest, treating all articles with complete confidentiality and absolute fairness based solely on scientific quality and methodological originality of the article.
