Induction according to Abu Ishaq Al-Shatibi and its applications in grammatical probability

Abstract

Morocco is one of the countries with the most uneven regional distribution of water resources; 39% of its territory is located in arid or semi-arid regions, and this situation makes it one of the countries most vulnerable to the consequences of climate change. On the other hand, as the demand for water continues to grow at a very rapid pace, some water basins have become scarce in terms of available water resources. In this context, the Oued Lau basin is one of the hydrological basins that is experiencing significant fluctuations in these resources as a result of erratic rainfall and snowfall, which has been dominated by long dry periods, while rainy periods are clearly in decline. In addition to the influence of natural factors on the quantity of water resources (climate, topography, geology, vegetation, soil...), these resources are also controlled by human factors resulting from the development of human water use and increasing population pressure on available water resources. All these factors have a positive or negative impact on the hydrological status of water basins.
