Publication Fees

• The journal adopts a specific fee policy to cover technical management costs, peer-review processes, and the assignment of Digital Object Identifiers (DOI). These fees are due exclusively after the issuance of the final acceptance decision for the article and are determined as follows:
• Researchers from inside Iraq are required to pay an amount of (125,000) one hundred and twenty-five thousand Iraqi dinars per article.
• Researchers from outside Iraq are required to pay an amount of (100) one hundred US dollars per article.
• Full or partial exemptions are granted to postgraduate students and researchers from the wounded, the sick, those with limited income, or any other humanitarian cases approved by the Editor-in-Chief based on requests supported by official documents.
